Service Charge Collection
Timely and Transparent Billing: We issue accurate and timely service charge invoices to all leaseholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in all charges. Each invoice is itemised, detailing the services covered, so leaseholders understand exactly what they are paying for. Service charge budget’s are reviewed annually in line with the development’s financial year and agreed with the client before issuing. Leaseholders are provided with a full service charge budget report providing a breakdown of all costs annually.

Efficient Arrears Collection
Our dedicated accounts team monitor payments and follow up promptly on any overdue accounts. We implement clear, fair policies for handling arrears, working with leaseholders to resolve payment issues amicably and efficiently.
We strongly advise and work with leaseholders to set payment plans to avoid the above from happening.

Contractor Procurement
Contracts are reviewed regularly to ensure that developments are getting the best value for money for the services provided. Contractors are vetted before being included on our approved contractor list with copies of insurances and relevant experience being requested and reviewed.
